A warm personality is also very appreciated to become a physical therapy assistant because in times of difficulty, the patients can look for him to enlighten their lives. The assistant must also be able to use ultrasounds, cold and hot packs, and any other tools that can help patients to recover. He should be able to give patients words of wisdom as an encouragement for them.

The assistant will also administer amputation and surgeries with the main therapist, so he must be well-prepared for these medical activities. Courtesy is someone else leading requirement. Being kind and helpful for others, such as preparation wheel chairs for patients, or opportunity the door for patients, must also be possessed by a physical therapy assistant. It is requisite so that the patients will feel comfortable during their stay and it will speed up their salvage process.
